How a learning path works

Twenty stations per topic. Every station unlocks the next, so there is always one clear thing to do today.

  1. Step 1

    Meet the words

Flashcards with audio for every word in the topic.

  2. Step 2

    Play with them

Match-ups, memory games and puzzles that make words stick.

  3. Step 3

    Use them

Sentence builders and grammar practice, in Supported or Exam mode.

  4. Step 4

    Prove it

Checkpoints at station 10 and 20, checked by the platform, not just tapped through.

You hold the account

A parent or carer sets up the family. Children log in with a username, never an email, and you choose what they can use.

Built for children

No adverts, no messaging with strangers, and Arena names chosen by the system, never by the child.

Made by language teachers

Every path is designed by GCSE language teachers and used in UK schools every day.

See how they are doing

The Family page shows each child’s week: time spent, topics and words covered, scores and any feedback.

Plans for each learner

Each child has their own plan. Prices include VAT; paid plans start with a 7-day free trial.

Questions parents ask

Is it really free to start?

Yes. A free family account gives each child the first learning path of every level in full, flashcards for every topic, and Arena battles. No card needed. Plus opens the whole course.

Which languages and levels?

Spanish, French, German, Italian and Portuguese, from Year 7 to GCSE, following the GCSE themes and vocabulary.

Who holds the account?

You do. A parent or carer creates the family account and adds each child with their own username. Children never need an email address, and you choose what they can use.

How is it different from an app?

Each learning path is twenty stations built by language teachers: meet the words, play with them, practise grammar, then prove it in a checkpoint. Progress is checked, not just tapped through.

What do Pro and Premium add?

AI feedback on their writing and speaking that a qualified, DBS-checked teacher reads before it reaches your child, usually within 2 working days. Pro sets two exam tasks a week and works through every section over three weeks; Premium sets a full set every week (translation, short and long writing, role-play, reading aloud and photo card).

Will I see how they are doing?

Yes. The Family page shows each child’s week: time spent, stations finished, the topics and words they have covered, their scores, any feedback, and when they reached the end of their plan.

Can I cancel?

Any time, from the Family page. Paid plans start with a 7-day free trial, and you have 14 days to change your mind after paying.
