Who is this for?
Anyone learning Spanish, French, German, Italian or Portuguese at home, from Year 7 to GCSE. It also suits adults learning for themselves.
How does the voucher work?
You pay once for one or two years and get a printable voucher with a QR code. A parent or carer scans it, signs in (or sets up a free family account in a minute) and chooses which child it is for. It starts when it is unwrapped.
What if they already use Grade 9 School?
Even better. A gift on top of a gift adds its time after the first one ends. If they already pay for a plan, email us and we will apply the voucher when that plan ends.
Is anything charged later?
No. It is a single payment with nothing to renew. When the gift ends the account carries on free unless you choose a plan.
What do Pro and Premium add?
Their writing and speaking get AI feedback that a qualified, DBS-checked teacher reads before it reaches them, usually within 2 working days: with Pro two exam tasks a week that work through every section over three weeks; with Premium a full set every week (a translation, two pieces of writing and three speaking tasks), up to five of each marked, and a quiet week’s unused pieces carry over for up to 4 weeks. It needs the AI marking consent on the Family page.
Can I get a refund?
Yes: a full refund at any time until the voucher is unwrapped. Reply to your Stripe receipt or email admin@grade9school.com.
Terms and conditions
- Each voucher gives one learner the plan and length shown (12 or 24 months), from the day it is unwrapped. Prices include VAT.
- Vouchers bought in 2026 can be unwrapped until 1 January 2028. Each code works once.
- A parent or carer unwraps the voucher for a child in their family account; adults can unwrap it for themselves.
- Full refund at any time until the voucher is unwrapped. Once unwrapped, it cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Pro and Premium feedback needs the AI marking consent on the Family page. The family terms and privacy notice apply.
